Pedido de Alteração de Morada_Address Change Request
This service allows you to request a change of the address associated with the Citizen Card.
After submitting the request, a letter will be sent by post to the new address provided. The process will only be completed after receiving the letter and confirming the address, which can be done in person, in a store, or online.
Once the process is completed, the new address is automatically updated with the following agencies: Registers, Tax Authority (Finances), Social Security, National Health Service (SNS), and Electoral Registration.

Exceptions
- For the change of address of Citizen Card for minors under 12 years old:
Changes of address for the Citizen Card are requested by those who, under the law, exercise parental authority, guardianship, or custody, with the presence of the holder and duly proven.
