The Registration Certificate is the official name of the document that consolidates, in a single format, all information related to the vehicle and its legal status, previously contained in the vehicle logbook and ownership registration.
For address changes on the Registration Certificate / Single Vehicle Document, you must go to a Vehicle Registration Office.

- Application Form;
- Original Logbook or Registration Certificate;
- Photocopy of the ownership registration title (when presenting the Logbook);
- Photocopy of the taxpayer card or ID card;
- Copy of the insurance policy (optional).
