In the case of spouses:
- Declaration issued by the District Social Security Centre, proving that they are not covered, as a result of exercising paid or taxable activity, by mandatory social security registration. This declaration must include pensions, supplements, and allowances received, if applicable;
- Photocopy of the last model of income tax declaration (IRS) and attachments;
- Present the NUB of the beneficiary spouse;
- Phone contact.
- Birth certificate;
- Updated medical certificate proving total and permanent disability or prolonged illness that prevents earning a livelihood;
- Declaration from Social Security certifying the dependent's situation with Social Security;
- Present the NUB of the dependent beneficiary;
- Email;
- Telephone contact.
- Copy of the enrollment certificate (signed and stamped by the educational institution);
- Present the dependent beneficiary's NUB;
- Email.

Requirements
Maintaining the quality of family beneficiary:
- The surviving spouse who continues to meet the requirements for registration and maintains the status of widowhood;
- The surviving partner in a de facto union with the main beneficiary who continues to meet the requirements for registration and does not marry or enter into a new de facto union;
- The surviving descendants of the main beneficiary who continue to meet the requirements for registration;
- The surviving ascendants of the main beneficiary who continue to meet the requirements for registration;
Changes in the existing situation must be communicated to ADSE.
