This certificate allows for the proof of the Non-Habitual Resident Status.
The Non-Habitual Resident Status is a special scheme that establishes a more favorable tax regime, aimed at reducing the IRS for 10 years, for new foreign residents (of any nationality) and for Portuguese citizens who have been emigrated for more than 5 years.

Carry out the service at a RIAC store
What I need
- NIF + Tax Password;
- Digital Mobile Key (CMD);
- Citizen Card + Authentication Code + Smartcard Reader.
