The online issuance of property records is a service provided by the Tax and Customs Authority to taxpayers, completely free of charge.
Property records issued online have the same validity and legal value as those issued by the Tax Office Managers.

- Taxpayer Identification Number (NIF) + Finance Portal Password;
- Digital Mobile Key (CMD);
- Citizen Card + Authentication Code + Smartcard Reader.
To authenticate on the Finance Portal, one of the following options:
