Apoio ao Cuidador Informal_Support for Informal Caregivers

The informal caregiver support program provides a set of resources for informal caregivers, ranging from access to information and training, psychological support, assistance in adapting homes, and financial support, among others. It also ensures, through close coordination between public services, particularly in the areas of social solidarity and health, a care plan tailored to the needs of both the cared-for individual and the informal caregiver.
