This service allows you to request a change in the pickup location for your Citizen Card.
How and where to do
Carry out the service at a RIAC store
What I need
- Proof of Initial Request/Renewal of the Citizen Card;
- The request must be submitted using the appropriate template*.
*If the cardholder cannot make the request in person, the template must be digitally signed, or the handwritten signature must be duly notarized.
Service cost
- €6 - Change within the same national territory;
- €8 - Change to a foreign territory.

At any time (provided it is within the legal period of 1 year in which the citizen can pick up their Citizen Card).
