RIAC provides assisted support in the Public Employment Pool of the Azores

The new digital support service aims to give all citizens easy access to the Public Employment Pool of the Azores (BEPA), assisting them in using the platform to fully benefit from all its features.

The digital support focuses on essential aspects of interacting with BEPA, such as creating a candidate profile, preparing a Curriculum Vitae, applying for job offers, and viewing available opportunities.

The support also includes checking submitted applications, managing job offer notifications, creating mobility requests, and applying for the Island Pool, whose new application phase begins in 2026.

Digital support will be available in person at all RIAC Shops across the archipelago. Additionally, RIAC Mobile will provide this service at parish councils that have joined the itinerant variant and to citizens with reduced mobility or institutionalised individuals.

Besides in-person assistance, the Citizen Support toll-free number – 800 500 501 – is available to provide information and remote assistance, with extended hours.

The implementation of this service aims to ensure comprehensive, inclusive, and diversified support for citizens, optimising access to public services, promoting digital inclusion, and contributing to employability and efficiency in managing public employment in the Azores.
