RIAC Expands Range of Services Provided - Criminal Record for Collective Person

RIAC continues to expand the range of services it offers, now including the request for criminal records for collective person.

 

This variant, which adds to the service already provided for private entitie, aims to meet the emerging needs of companies and other institutions in the Azores in a more comprehensive and accessible way.

 

Thus, it reinforces the commitment to provide relevant services for the daily lives of citizens and entities, offering close support with efficiency and quality.

 

The criminal record certificate for a collective person is a document that mentions the criminal background of the collective person, according to legal terms, or certifies its absence.

 

If there are criminal records of the collective person, the certificate mentions all criminal convictions of the collective person issued by portuguese courts. It also includes all criminal convictions of the collective person that has its headquarters, effective management, or permanent representation in Portugal, issued by foreign courts, provided they are communicated under international agreements.

 

The request for the certificate for a collective person can be made by the legal representative of the collective person, or a person authorized by the legal representative, at any RIAC Shop.
