mySaúdeAçores – The new platform for accessing primary healthcare

The new mySaúdeAçores platform is available to all users in the Autonomous Region of the Azores, in the form of a mobile application and a web portal.

 

Part of the Digital Hospital project, developed by the Regional Secretariat for Health and Social Security, within the scope of the PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan), the platform provides users' personal data and history, allows for appointment requests, rescheduling or cancellations, carrying out teleconsultations, receiving notifications, and access to relevant information for the user. It is an evolving platform that anticipates updates and new features.

 

The mySaúdeAçores mobile application is available for IOS and Android, and the web version is available at mysaude.azores.gov.pt. To register, you need your health user number and mobile phone number, or the Chave Móvel Digital (Digital Mobile Key).

 

A single mobile phone number can be associated with more than one user number health user number, allowing a citizen to register and manage another user under their care.

 

mySaúdeAçores aims to address the effects of geographical dispersion, strengthen healthcare, and promote intercommunication between the different healthcare systems in the Region to optimize the user experience.
