Housing: Public tender for the allocation of 144 plots in the Region

The public tender is now open for the allocation, under retention of ownership, of 144 fully serviced plots intended for the construction of owner‑occupied, permanent housing, owned by the Autonomous Region of the Azores.

 

The plots are located on the islands of São Miguel, Santa Maria, São Jorge and Flores.

 

Applications are open from 18 March to 10 April 2026 and may be submitted at RIAC Shops or at the services of the Regional Directorate for Housing, under the terms set out in the notice.
