Public Tender – Allocation of 92 Built Housing Units

The application period is now open for the allocation of 92 single‑family dwellings, under a lease‑to‑own scheme, located in the Nascer do Sol Neighbourhood, in the parish of Santa Cruz, Praia da Vitória.

 

The available dwellings are of typology T3 (19 units) and T4 (73 units), intended for the candidates’ own and permanent residence, as well as that of their respective households.

 

Applications may be submitted between 15 April and 8 May 2026 and can be lodged through RIAC Shops, at the services of the Regional Directorate for Housing in Ponta Delgada and Angra do Heroísmo, or online via the following address:
